These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the courses of Unibryn Self-learning Centre’s Website, located at https://www.unibryn.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Unless otherwise stated, Unibryn Self-learning Centre and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Unibryn. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Unibryn for your personal use which is subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from Unibryn.

Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Unibryn.

Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Unibryn.

Redistribute content from Unibryn.

Use of E-Course Materials

All online courses and materials, along with references used in or related to these e-courses, are the property of the Unibryn Self-learning Centre or third parties and used under permission granted to the Unibryn Self-learning Centre and may only be used in the manner detailed in this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from the Unibryn Self-learning Centre and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for these online courses or others as approved by the Unibryn Self-learning Centre. As an online course registrant, you may view and read all materials that are part of the e-course facility, but you must not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties these e-courses and other materials. If you violate the terms and conditions regarding the use of e-courses and materials, your subscription will be terminated without any refund.

Effective Period

The e-courses are designed to be studied within a period of 12 months. Every registrant has access to each e-course one-year from the date of purchase.

Unibryn advises self-learners to take full responsibility for their safety and know their limits before getting trained with the skills acquired from this site. These practices are not intended as substitutes for any regular courses, but it is a skill development approach that will support boosting your knowledge and creativity. Those who are under 18 years of age are not eligible to self-study any skill development practice. However, they may do practice under the guidance of a legal guardian.
